Enhancements

  1. We have updated our import of Chart of Accounts. You can read about it at: Import Chart of Accounts.

     

    What's in it for you?

    An enhanced import process of Chart of Accounts. This is coming soon to other areas of import processes.

  2. Every user in the company can view, edit and download Records for a Contact as long as they have the View Personnel Record permission.

    What's in it for you?

    Enhanced visibility into Records on file for Contact Records. Plus, anyone with the appropriate Permission settings can now access Personnel Records.  

  3. You can now search for persons or departments within a Contact record.



    What's in it for you?

    Expanded search results that streamline the User's ability to locate a Person or Department as a part of a Contact Record

  4. Users who have the following permissions can now view their Deal details on the Trade Sheet.

    What's in it for you?

    Increased visibility into the numbers on a Deal while maintaining limited access to Deal Participants when needed. 

  5. If you try sending an invite to a profile that has already accepted the invite, Zipi will throw an error "This Profile has already accepted the invitation."



    What's in it for you?

    The ability to disallow Admins to re-invite Users that already activated their account. 

  6. Zipi refreshes the Profile statuses every time a user clicks Okay or Cancel on the Bulk Actions pop-up.

Bug Fixes

Profiles

Fixed: Profiles page showing all Profiles when filtered by groups or divisions with no members.
 

Chart of Accounts

Fixed: Not being able to assign divisions at the time of creating a chart of accounts.
 

Deals

Fixed: The Save and Create button not accepting and saving changes.
Fixed: Not being able to save deals that have merged Vendor (Contacts) representatives.
 

Finance

Fixed: Journal templates not visible.
