How to Enable an Agent My Business Portal

The My Business portal provides agents a convenient and secure way to access and manage their data and tools within the Zipi platform. To enable your agent’s access to their My Business portal, follow the steps below:

 

1. In the left navigation menu, go to Company > Directory > Profiles

2. This takes you to the Profiles page

3. Find the agent you want to enable My Business for, and click the overflow menu

4. Click Edit

5. Check Create My Business portal

6. Click Save

Your agent will now be invited to their own My Business account.

Note: The Create My Business portal option will only be visible for Profiles that have been invited to Zipi.
