2021-05-21 Product Release

  1. The EIN/TIN field in Contacts has now been masked.

    - This mask is controlled by the View/Hide Tax ID Numbers (TIN) permission on the Roles page.

    - When the permission is unchecked, the TINs are masked.

    What’s in it for you?

Improved privacy. This new enhancement helps to mask the display of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). In the case of a data breach, like that of a lost device, any stolen data is completely worthless.  Security, security.

  2.  Any changes made to an approved deal that’s connected to Dotloop or SkySlope will result in an updated status of the add-on badge.

    What’s in it for you?

Better visibility of deal status. The badge, or icon, will only change when an update is made. This allows for more accurate visibility of your deal status — because some of us are strictly visual learners, okay?

  3. The default sort order for Chart of Accounts has been updated to align with the standard format.

    What’s in it for you?

Standardization. Stop feeling lost searching for information as the updated Display of Accounts now aligns with a more standardized presentation of information. Automatically know where everything is at the first click.

  4. The Allow to deduct from deal box on the Create Invoice page is now checked by default.

All unpaid invoices will show on the agent's card on a deal(for users with the appropriate permissions).

    What’s in it for you?

Streamlined invoicing. All unpaid invoices are now automatically added to the agent’s card on a deal, making it simpler to create an invoice. Ka-ching!

  5. We have update our Charts of Accounts import template
