Deal Statuses in Zipi

Follow

Deal statuses let you categorize your deals based on what stage they are in. Zipi has the following deal statuses:

  • Opportunity
  • Active
  • Pending
  • Closed
  • Processed
  • Cancelled

Opportunity

This is used for deals where you may only have the address without any additional information and you'd like to create a placeholder for this deal in Zipi. You can also use this to forecast the commission you may get over the next 60-90 days.

Active

You are actively in the process of showing your listing and/or in negotiations with your buyer, but nothing has gone under contract yet.

Pending

The contract has been signed and the deal is in escrow

Closed

The deal has closed escrow, the payments have been made, the home owner has changed and everything has been done in the real world.

Processed

Processed is specific to Zipi. It means that the disbursement has been approved and the payouts have been made in Zipi.

Cancelled

This is similar to archive. If you don't want to delete the deal, you can set the status to Cancelled.

You can filter deals on the Deals dashboard based on statuses. Read more at: Navigating the Deals Module - Filtering, Deal Boards
